Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) are proud winners of the Professional Service Medium/Large Enterprise award at the Champion Canterbury Awards for the second year in a row.

Champion Canterbury Business Awards recognise and celebrate the excellence, innovation, and success of businesses and charities in the Canterbury region and are seen as some of the New Zealand’s most prestigious business awards.

“It was such a proud and humbling moment to accept the award on behalf of all the CCL team” said Darryl Swann, CCL Founder Director. “This award is really a reflection of our culture. Our whole business is built around our quality of our people and the passion they all bring to work every day. It is the AWESOME work they all do every day that won this award and has made this company great.”

“It’s our culture and the trust of our Clients that has made this award possible. We now have over 250 staff nationwide, but the passion and values we built CCL on are as strong as ever. This award is really recognition of both our team and our incredibly loyal clients.”

“It was quite an emotional win. We’ve had some amazing successes which show we are on the top of our game in the industry, including last year’s Reseller News [awards]. What makes this award so unique, apart from winning it twice, is that it is not an Industry focused award. In the Champion Canterbury Awards we are up against Accounting firms, Legal firms, IT firms, Tourism and many other different industries. The other two finalist companies we were up against was Orbit Travel and Aecom; both awesome businesses in their own right.”

“We were genuinely surprised and very humbled by the win; I didn’t even prepare a speech as we didn’t think we’d win, [winning] two years in a row has never been done before, it’s incredible to be one of the first to achieve this”.

“CCL has had a very successful year.” added Shane Heenan CCL’s Marketing Manager. “We were extremely humbled and honored to win at both the Reseller News and Champion Canterbury awards last year. “In hindsight, it would have been easy for to accept these awards as a sign of success and aim to keep on doing what we do well. However, that isn’t the passion and ambition that we bread at CCL – instead last year’s awards were seen by the team as a benchmark to beat.”

“I’m sure I speak for everyone at CCL when I say we are exceptionally proud of this achievement. “To be recognised at such prestigious awards really brings home the difference the whole team make to our customers on a daily basis”.
