The continued growth in our Professional Services area, sees us looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to work in our national Transitions team. Job Summary:

The Senior Test Analyst is responsible for undertaking test planning, test scoping, estimation of effort for testing and the management of the execution of the delivery of testing. The main focus is to ensure that prior to deployment to production, CCL services and technologies have gone through sufficient and appropriate testing to ensure risk reduction for our customers and CCL’s business. What this role entails:

  • Complete Test Strategy and have a high level understanding of all projects.
  • Manage testing, including achievement of milestones and deliverables
  • Provide quality control and improvement of processes and outputs.
  • Construct process and/or equipment recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of test programs.
  • Undertake operational and technical aspects of processing information, data evaluation and analysis.
  • Management of resources to execute testing
  • Identify impending risks that may compromise achievement of deliverables and initiate steps to mitigate risk.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular project reporting to key stakeholders
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise where required to projects being undertaken by other business units.
  • Clear understanding of test practices and implementation of those in a business

  • A minimum of 3 years of practical testing experience.
  • Qualification in relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to manage testing environments and an in-depth understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
  • The ability to communicate, both orally and in writing with high accuracy
  • Demonstrates good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrate well developed relationship building and relationship management skills with clients and potential clients, including all levels of management.
  • The ability to solve problems and apply logical thinking.
  • Demonstrated proactive ability to impart knowledge and mentor others in acquiring skills.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and priorities in a wider business context.
  • Self-management, initiative and leadership.
