The continued growth in our Professional Services area, sees us looking for an experienced Transition Specialist to work in our national Transitions team. We are a team of high performers who are supported in delivering the best solutions to our clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Comprehensive experience as a Technical Specialist, Service Desk, Engineering or implementation specialist
  • Deep understanding of IT services and a strong technical background
  • Hold an in depth end-to-end knowledge of Service Delivery to manage successful implementation of new solutions, or any Business Change initiatives
  • Working knowledge of IT Architecture, IT Design and integration, network architecture, Network technologies and Service Support
  • Proven, and successful delivery of large customer facing projects
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Experience working with and in high performing teams to develop programmes of work and to communicate impacts effectively to Key Stakeholders
  • Negotiation experience and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation
  • Experience in delivery communications to various stakeholders
  • Experience in Desktop, Infrastructure, Cloud and Microsoft platforms and products
  • Experience in Delivering Training Strategy
  • Experience in Delivery of workshops to technical teams and to staff educating users about a change
  • Experience in managing the post go live support, to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual

What the role entails:

The Transition Specialist will be accountable for owning the operational engagement and delivery into CCL’s operational teams, including management of the SME’s to deliver the required Transition activities.

They will be the end to end operational/BAU experts within CCL and the engagement point for service delivery or any other core client delivery requirements.

This role will be responsible for determining all requirements for new Clients, solutions, technologies or capabilities being transitioned into CCL’s core area of Subject Matter expert.

A feature of this role will be to work with the Transition Manager and Project Team and identify impacted areas. Delivery the discovery component of a Transitions is also a key function of this role, and working closely with Service Desk and Engineering SME’s to successfully scope and define the delivery phase of a Transition.
