Multi-cloud and IT services provider CCL has appointed Bree Mackay to the position of Director People and Capabilities.
Mackay takes responsibility for CCL’s people and capability functions, including the continued buildout of a diverse and inclusive work culture, talent management, and learning and development programmes.
She will report directly to CCL CEO Heather Graham and earns her place on CCL’s senior leadership team.
Most recently Senior HR Business Partner, People and Capability, at the Environmental Protection Authority, Mackay has worked as an HR professional for more than 15 years, holding strategic people and capability roles at Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and Bank of New Zealand (BNZ).
A specialist in organisational design, leadership capability development, and employment relations, MacKay holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in HR and Commercial Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington.
“CCL is committed to developing diverse, market-leading industry professionals. I am thrilled to join the team to further develop a workplace and culture that enables our people to deliver their best every day,” she said.
Heather Graham, CEO of CCL, said Mackay’s appointment would significantly enhance the company’s HR practices.
“Service providers, like CCL, are only as good as their people,” Graham said. “Bree’s broad leadership experience, career background, and grasp of our business and its needs made her the standout choice to lead our people capability through the next phase of CCL’s continued development.”
